Finding a contractor who is excellent in his work, true to his word, timely and fair priced sounds like unicorn. But Juan with G. Aroche Renovations is that guy! He can do it all- plumbing, electrical, construction, painting, landscape. And he does it with skill and attention to detail. The guy doesn't cut corners, and that's a BIG deal in this industry. His communication is top notch. (His wife helps in this area and she is thorough and pleasant.) He renovated a 100-year-old home for us and made what could have been a stressful experience an actual joy. We had worked with other contractors prior, and half the time they didn't show up, did shoddy work or told us we needed repairs we did not need (to the tune of thousands). Honesty is everything, and for that reason these are my go to guys.
